Another GoPro Ride This Time with XR650R December 29, 2017

I wanted to get a shorter video to play with so I took the XR650R around the block. Next I will start looking for more interesting things, learn to edit better, and use music, but at lease I have overcome my problem of working with longer videos.

Another Ride with GoPro on GSA December 29, 2017

Still playing with the GoPro. Went for a ride for about an hour on the GSA on my favorite local roads outside my backdoor. I tried using YouTube and seems easier to work with videos, but still a lot to learn about using this thing. The music was all I could load and not so good so I need to learn how to insert better music before too long. Nothing special about this video since still learning, but want to track my progress.

First GoPro Ride December 26, 2017

Santa brought me a GoPro for Christmas since my son Matthew wanted to see some of my rides. Once it was ready to go I took a short ride to give it a try. I could only load a minute or so to this page. I have a huge learning curve ahead of me to figure this thing out, but fun so far.

Eveneing Christmas Picture Ride Decemer 22, 2017

I went out with my family in the car to look at the Christmas lights and noticed a few close to home that were nice. When we got home I jumped on the bike to see if I could capture them, but no luck since they did not turn out to good. Maybe next year I will learn to use the flash.

Saturday Ride on GSA November 11, 2017

Quick ride on Alhambra Road, Bear Creek Road, and up to Tilden Park on the GSA. I really need to get out on a long ride, but I will take what I can get.

Alhambra Road Ride November 8, 2017

Last year with all the rain we had Alhambra Road, one of my favorites close to home, was washer out. They finally opened it a few days ago so I went for a ride to check it out. Nice evening with some rain on the way home. Good way to clear the head with only an hour or so ride.

Grizzly Peak and Skyline Drive XR650R Ride November 2, 2017

I was set to leave for the Advrider Rally in Pahrump Nevada, but had some electrical light problems with the RV. No right brake light, turn signal, or running light. I was going to have to tow my bike and drive some as night solo so I decided not to risk it. Maybe next year.

I was feeling a little down about not being able to make it so I did the next best thing and took the XR650R out for a ride on Grizzly Peak and Skyline Drive out to the Anthony Chabot Campground to put a smile back on my face.

I had the afternoon free so I went exploring near Port Costa. While out that way I stopped by The Warehouse. Nice day out, but the rain is coming.
