I was out of the office for the Holiday week, but needed to stop by the
office to check mail. Was a nice 60 degrees or so and sunny so I rode
the bike in. Since so nice out I rode around Downtown Oakland for a
little while before heading home.
Took a couple pictures of Murals...

Ride to Fremont to Pick Up Drone for Son December 21, 2016
My son wanted a drone for Christmas. I researched good entry level drone's, but the one that I wanted was not in stock anywhere so I called the distributor which happened to be in Fremont and they said I could come by and purchase one so I did.
All on the freeway so nothing interesting to report, but I did not stop by the Tesla Factory on the way since it is right off the highway and the next exit over from the one I needed.

Delta Ferry Ride November 4, 2016
I heard about two Ferries in the California Delta the other day so I took a Friday ride to check them out.
Both are on California State Route 12.
The first one you come to is the J Mack.
The J-Mack Ferry crosses Steamboat Slough in the Sacramento Delta, connecting Grand Island to East Ryer Island; about a 400-foot three-minute ride.
The second one is the Real McCoy II.
It provides service to Ryer Island residents and its visitors by crossing the Cache Slough to Rio Vista. The Real McCoy II is 88-feet long by 38-feet wide. It is powered by a hydraulic propulsion system, with 360 degree propellers for steering. The hull’s capacity is 80,000 pounds, and can carry up to eight vehicles.
